From Zero is an AI-native SaaS framework for Next.js that provides pre-built modules for authentication, billing, multi-tenancy, RBAC, and artificial intelligence. The framework is distributed as full source code under a commercial license.

3. Registration and Waitlist

By registering for the waitlist, you voluntarily provide your email address. This registration does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of product access. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us at hello@fromzero.app.

4. License and Usage

Upon purchasing From Zero, you receive a usage license subject to the following terms:

• Full source code is delivered for self-hosting
• You may use the framework to build commercial applications
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the framework itself
• Updates and support are included according to your selected plan

5. Intellectual Property

From Zero, its logo, design, documentation, and source code are the exclusive property of Innvenia. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Applications you build with From Zero are your property.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may change before the official launch. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. Specific refund policies will be detailed at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

From Zero is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innvenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the framework.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
